The Kinder Morgan Pipeline Investigation Materials were last updated in 2018. The firm no longer plans to update the website materials due to time constraints and expense. Time permitting, the firm will continue to post updated information on the firm’s social media pages, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
While Oregon has a number of very knowledgeable and active environmental watchdog organizations, they are not as focused and as sophisticated as the organization that was created from the criminal penalties lodged against Olympic Pipeline as the result of the Bellingham, Washington Disaster: The Pipeline Safety Trust. Shawn found this organization helpful as a starting point in understanding pipeline safety.
