The Kinder Morgan Pipeline Investigation Materials were last updated in 2018. The firm no longer plans to update the website materials due to time constraints and expense. Time permitting, the firm will continue to post updated information on the firm’s social media pages, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
Like the City of Wilsonville, Clackamas and Washington Counties’ have limited involvement with respect to the Pipeline. These counties have no regulatory oversight with respect to the Kinder Morgan Pipeline and rely on the federal government to monitor the pipeline. However, like the City, the counties have emergency management teams. The City of Wilsonville contracts with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office to provide law enforcement services.
